Stuffed Aloo Tikki Chaat

Stuffed aloo tikki chaat 
Ingredients 
Boiled and Grated Potatoes – 1 cup
Boiled Peas – ¼ cup
Corn flour -1 tbsp
Rice flour - 1tbsp
Grated Paneer – ¼ cup
Chaat masala – 1tsp
Salt to taste 
Oil 
Tamarind Dates Chutney 
Garlic Chutney 
Corinader or mint chutney 
Sev 
Chopped Onions 
Chopped Chillies – 1tbsp
Pomegranate & Black salt for garnishing


*In a bowl add Boiled and Grated Potatoes , Salt and corn flour 
* Mix well and make a dough 
* If the dough is sticky you can refrigerate it for 20 minutes 
* In another bowl add boiled peas and greated Paneer 
* Add salt and Chaat masala , Chopped chillies
*Mix well and make small balls 
*Take some portion of potato mixture and make a flat disc (tikki )
*Fill the paneer peas mixture in the center of tikki 
*Join the ends and make a round tikki 
*You can grease your hands with oil while rolling the tikkis ,to prevent it from sticking
*Shallow fry the tikkis on tawa 
* Flip and cook ,till all sides turn golden 
*Transfer to a plate and add all chutneys on the top of tikkis 
*Garnish with sev and Chopped onions ,Pomegranate 
* Sprinkle chaat masala and black salt  and serve hot
*Delicious winter recipe is ready
