Pazham Pori Recipe

Pazham Pori Recipe 

Ingredients

Ripe Bananas - 4 small
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp ( as per your taste) 
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Oil for frying 
Water 

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, sugar, Turmeric powder 
Add water gradually and make a pouring consistency batter 
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes 
Dip banana slices in batter and deep fry on medium flame
Fry  both sides till golden brown 
Serve hot
