CHOCOLATE SURPRISE TRUFFLES


Ingredients
Dark Chocolate /Milk Chocolate – 3/4 cup
Cream -2 tbsp
Almonds ,Hazelnut ,Pistachio
Sprinkles ,Nuts for garnishing 

Melt the Chocolate using Double Boiling 
Once the chocolate has melted ,add Cream 
Mix well and let it refrigerate till it becomes semi hard 
Once the chocolate has become semi hard ,Make balls and fill the balls with Almonds , Hazelnut , Pistachios 
Coat the chocolate balls with sprinkles and chopped nuts (Pistachios , Cashews)
Delicious easy to make Diwali chocolates  are ready !
