Aloo Bhujia Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Besan /Gram Flour – 1 cup
Rice flour -1 tbsp
Mint Powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida -Pinch 
Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder –2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1tsp
Chaat masala – 1tsp
Clove and Cinnamon Powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 
Aamchur (Dry mango powder ) -2 tsp
Boiled and Finely grated Potatoes – ½ cup
Oil -2 tsp + For frying 
Water as required 

In a bowl add Besan and Rice flour 
Add all the masalas 
Mix well
Add boiled and finely grated 
potatoes , 2 tsp Oil Mix well and make a soft dough by adding water 
Close with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes 
After 10 Minutes ,knead the dough and place the dough in Greased maker 
Use Sev mould 
Check the oil ,By adding small piece of dough ,If it immediately rises to the top ,the oil is ready 
Move the sev maker in circular motion 
Fry the sev in medium hot oil 
Fry on both sides till it turns crispy 
Delicious Aloo Bhujia are ready to serve
