Eggless No Oven Brownie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
2. Maida ( All Purpose Flour) - 1/2 cup
3. Baking powder - 1 tsp
4. Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
5.Unsalted Butter - 1/2 Cup
6.Powdered Sugar - 3/ 4 Cup ( as per your taste)
7. Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
8. Melted Chocolate - 3/4 cup
9. Salt for baking - 1 cup
METHOD
1. In a Mixing Bowl add Wheat flour, Maida, Baking powder, cocoa Powder
2. Sieve the dry Ingredients
3. In other bowl mix Unsalted Butter , Powdered Sugar
4.Mix well
5. Add Vanilla essence and mix and add melted chocolate to wet ingredients
6. Combine Wet and dry ingredients
7. Use cut and fold method to mix
8.Transfer to a Greased Tin
9. Preheat Cooker ( without whistle) on Medium flame for 10 minutes by adding 1 cup salt
10. Place the tin in Preheated cooker
11. Bake on Medium flame for 25 - 30 minutes ( without whistle)
12. After 30 minutes, insert a tooth pick in the cake to check if the cake is ready
13. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready
14. Let the cake cool down
15. Cut into pieces
GANACHE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1. Melted Chocolate - 1 /2 cup
2. Cream - 1/4 cup
3 . UnsaltedButter - 1 tsp
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix melted chocolate, Cream, UnsaltdButter
2. Mix till it turns glossy
3. Pour the GANACHE on Brownie Pieces
4. Garnish with Sprinkels, Chocolate chips, Nuts, Icing Sugar
5. Delicious Brownie is ready to serve
