Corn cheese Mini Samosa
INGREDIENTS
Corn kernels - 1 cup
Chopped Green chili - 1-2 small sized
Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Jalapeno - 1 tbsp
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tsp + for frying
Water
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
METHOD
1. Blend corn Kernels, Green chili
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl
3. Add salt, red chili powder, corinader leaves, jalapeno
4. Mix well and keep the mixture aside
5. In another bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil
6. Make a tight dough using water
7.Make equal portions of the dough and make an oval shape chapati
8. Cut into 2 and join the ends
9. Fill corn cheese mixture and seal the ends tightly
10. Deep fry in medium hot oil
11. Deep fry on both sides till it turns crispy on medium flame
12. Serve samosas with chutney, sauce
