Veg Rajma Pattice

Ingredients

Kidney beans (Rajma) - 1 & 1/2 Cup
Boiled and mashed Potatoes - 2 medium sized 
Chopped ginger and chili paste - 1 tsp each 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp 
Chopped Onion - medium sized 
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp 
Salt 
Garam masala - 1 tbsp 
Red chili powder to taste 
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp 
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp 
Oil 

Method
1. Soak overnight rajma for 8 hours
2.Pressure cook soaked & drained rajmas 
3. Add water and salt 
4. Mix and presure cook (6 whistles) on medium flame 
5. After 6 whistles, check whether the rajmas are cooked well 
6.Blend the drained and cooled rajmas 
7. Rajma mixture is ready 
8. In a bowl add  boiled and mashed potatoes , rajma mixture 
9. Add chopped ginger and chili paste , coriander leaves 
10. Add chopped onions , garlic and mix well 
11. Add salt , Garam masala , red chili powder , chaat masala, dry mango powder 
12 . Mix well 
13 . Make equal sized balls with greased hands 
14. You can add corn flour if the mixture is moist 
15. Grease the tawa ( pan) with oul 
16. Place the rajma kebabs on tawa 
17. Roast on medium flame 
18.Apply little oil on kebabs
19. Flip and roast on other side 
20. Rajma kebabs are ready to serve 
21. Serve with coriander chutney and sliced onions
