Mango ice cream | No artificial colour added | No ice cream maker used

Ingredients 

Chopped mangoes - 1 cup 

Powdered sugar  - 2 tbsp

Fresh cream - 1/2 cup 

Condensed milk - 1/2 cup 

METHOD

1. In a blender add chopped mangoes, powdered sugar 

2. Blend 

3. Mango puree is ready 

4. Place a bowl on a bowl of ice 

5. Add fresh cream & whisk 

6. You can use an electric blender too

7. Whisk till it turns fluffy and cream 

8. Add mango Puree

9. Mix and add condensed milk 

10. Mix well 

11. Transfer to an airtight container

12.Use an also use cling foil to cover 

13. Refrigerate over night or till it sets 

14. Scoop out chilled mango ice cream, garnish with chopped pistachios

15. Mango ice cream is ready
