Farali Paniyaram Recipe

Ingredients

Grated coconut - 1 cup 
Ground nut powder - 1/2 cup
Raisins and cashews - 1/4 cup
Green  chili paste - 1 tbsp 
Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste 
Sugar -2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp 
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp 
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 2 cups 
Arrowroot powder - 3 tbsp ( for binding)

Method
1. In a mixing bowl add grated coconut , ground nut powder, raisins and cashews, green chili paste, chopped coriander leaves 
2. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice ,garam masala and mix well 
3. In another bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, add salt to taste, arrowroot powder and mix , Add oil and coconut masala mixture to it 
4. Make balls and place in greased Paniyaram pan 
5. Add little oil and flip and roast on both sides, till it turns crispy 
6. Once it turns crispy take it out from pan and serve with coriander and dates chutney.
