Eggless Apple pie recipe

Ingredients

FOR DOUGH
Maida (all Purpose flour) - 1 cup 
Sugar / Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp 
Unsalted Butter - 4 tbsp 
Cold Water 

FILLING
Chopped and peeled Apples - 1 cup 
1 Cinnamon stick or cinnamon powder 
Sugar - 1/3 cup 
Milk 
Salt - 1 cup 

Method 
1. Sieve Maida and add powdered sugar 
2. Add unsalted butter and break the butter lumps 
3. Make a semi soft dough 
4. Add cold water till it turns semi soft
5.Cover the dough with a cling film 
6. Refrigerate the dough for 45 minutes 
7. In a pan add chopped and peeled apples
8. Add cinnamon stick and sugar 
9. Mix and let it cook till sugar water evaporates
10. Cook on medium flame 
11. Stuffing is ready , let it cool 
12. Grease pie tins with butter
13. Take out the dough from refrigerator and divide into 2 
14. Make a semi thick chapati 
15 . You can sprinkle some flour before rolling 
16. Place in greased tin and trim the sides
17 . Fill the tart with apple stuffing 
18. Make thin strips of dough and cover the pie as shown in the video
19. Brush the top with milk 
20. Spread salt in cooker and place a stand 
21. Preheat the pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes ( without whistle & gasket) on medium flame 
22. Carefully place the Apple Pie tin in  preheated pressure cooker 
23. Close the lid ( without whistle and gasket) 
24. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes on slow flame 
25. After 30 minutes
26. Carefully demould the pie after it cools down 
27. Serve with ice cream
