Caramel Popcorn and peri Peri popcorn recipes

Caramel Popcorn recipe 

Ingredients
Unsalted butter and oil - 1 tbsp each 
Popcorn Kernels - 1/2 cup 
Sugar - 1 cup 
Unsalted butter - 1 tsp 

Method 
1. In a pressure cooker add unsalted butter and popcorn kernels 
2. Mix well, close the lid (without whistle and gasket) and let them pop 
3. Shake well in between 
4. After the popping sound stops, open the lid 
5. Mix and transfer to a bowl 
6. In a pan add sugar and unsalted butter 
7. Mix till sugar melts on slow flame 
8. Once sugar has melted, add popcorn
9. Coat the popcorns with caramel sauce 
10. Transfer to a plate, let them cool and then serve 


Peri Peri popcorn

Ingredients
Red chili powder - 1 tsp 
Oregano - 1 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp 
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp 
Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp 
Oil - 1 tbsp 
Method
1.In a bowl add red chili powder , oregano, salt to taste , dry mango powder , chaat masala 
2. Mix well and keep it aside 
3. In a pressure cooker add butter and oil 
4. Add popcorn kernels and mix 
5. Add Peri Peri masala and mix for 2 minutes 
6. Close the lid ( without whistle and gasket) and let them pop 
7. Shake the pressure cooker in between carefully
8. After the popping stops, open the lid 
9. Peri Peri popcorn are ready to serve
