Broccoli Cheese Paratha

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour  - 2 cups + 1 tbsp 
Salt 
Oil - 2 tbsp
Boiled and chopped broccoli - 1 cup 
Cheese - 1/2 cup
Grated squeezed onion - 1/2 cup
Chili ginger paste - 1 tbsp 
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp 

Method 
1.  Boil water add broccoli florets 
2. Boil For 5 minutes 
3. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool 
4.In a bowl add whole wheat flour & salt, oil 
5. Mix well 
6. Add water gradually and make a soft dough 
7. Let it rest for 15 minutes
8. In another bowl add Boiled and chopped broccoli and onion , chili ginger paste , chopped coriander leaves, salt , chaat masala , garam masala 
9. Mix well add wheat flour
10. Make equal portions of the dough and roll a opaque 
11. Fill the broccoli stuffing and join the ends 
12. Stamp with a katori 
13. Seal the sides 
14. Dust wheat flour and make a thick chapati 
15. Grease the tawa with oil and roast the paratha both sides 
16.Add oil while roasting 
17. Serve paratha with curd, sauce
