Anjeer Rol recipe

Ingredients 

Dried Anjeer (Fig) - 200 grams 
Milk - 100 ml 
Sugar - 1 tbsp (as per your taste) 
Milk powder - 3 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp 
Water 


Method 

1.Soak 200 grams anjeer (fig) in warm water for 2 hours 
2.Remove water from anjeer and transfer to a blender 
3. Add milk to anjeer & Add sugar 
4. Blend 
5. Anjeer mixture is ready 
6. In a pan add 1 tbsp ghee
7. Add anjeer mixture , keep stirring till the mixture thickens 
8. The mixture has become thick 
9. Add milk powder and mix well 
10. Transfer to a plate 
11. Let it cool 
12. Grease your hands with ghee and make a roll 
13. Garnish with pistachios and serve
