Pizza puff recipe


Ingredients
All purpose flour ( maida) - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil -3 tbsp +1 tbsp
Water 
Garlic -1 tsp
Onion -1 medium size 
Tomato -1 medium size 
Corn kernels, capsicum, carrot -1 cup
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Oregano -1 tsp
Red chili flakes -1 tsp
Cheese - 3 tbsp
Oil for frying

METHOD
1.In a bowl add wheat flour, oil, salt
2.Bind the dough
3.Add water gradually and knead 
4.Make a tight dough 
5.Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes 
6.In a pan add oil and 1 tsp garlic 
7.Add onion and saute on slow medium flame 
8.Saute till they turn translucent
9.Add tomato and other vegetables 
10.Add salt and 1 tbsp water 
11.Cover and cook on slow flame for 5 minutes 
12.Add pepper powder and oregano 
13.Mix well
14.Add red chili flakes & mix well
15.Add tomato ketchup 
16.Mix well and cook on medium flame 
17.Switch off the flame and add cheese 
18.Transfer to a bowl and let it cook 
19.knead the dough 
20.Roll and make thick round 
21.make 2 rectangles
22.Fill the mixture and cover with other rectangle . Seal the sides properly 
23.Make lines using a fork at the top and bottom of puff
24.Deep fry on slow medium flame 
25.Fry on both sides till it turns crispy and golden brown 
26.Pizza puffs are ready to serve 
27.Serve with tomato ketchup
