pizza paratha recipe

PIZZA PARATHA 

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour -1 cup
Salt to taste 
Oil - 2 tbsp 
Garlic -1 tbsp
Onions -3 tbsp
Tomato -3 tbsp
Capsicum -2 tbsp
Red chili flakes -1 tsp
Oregano -1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce -1 tbsp
Mozzarella and processed cheese 


METHOD
1.Add wheat flour Add water & knead into soft dough 
2.Let the dough rest for 15
minutes 
3.In a pan add oil, add garlic, add onion , add tomato. 
4 Add salt, capsicum 
5.Add red chili flakes ,oregano, black pepper powder, tomato sauce 
6.Mix well. 
7.Let the mixture cool. Add mozzarella and processed cheese . Pizza mixture is ready
8.Take some portion of dough 
9.Dust some flour & Roll the dough 
10.Make 2 rotis 
11.Place the pizza mixture on 1 roti and spread evenly 
12.Place an other roti on the top
13.Seal the edges 
14.Apply oil on tawa 
15.Cook the roti on medium flame, Prick the roti with a toothpick 
16.Apply oil and cook both sides. 
17. Pizza paratha is ready to serve 
18.Serve with tomato ketchup, chutney
