pineapple kesari , Pineapple sheera

Pineapple kesari recipe 

Ingredients 
1.Ghee -3/4 cup
2.Cashews -2 tbsp
3.Rava (semolina) - 1 cup
4.Water -3 cups 
5.Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
6.Pineapple puree - 1/4 cup

METHOD
1 In a pan add ghee and cashews 
2.Roast the cashews till golden brown
3.Keep the roasted cashews aside 
4 In pan add ghee, rava ( semolina) 
5.Roast on slow flame 
6.Roast till golden. Add water in roasted rava 
7.Keep stirring to avoid lumps 
8.Cook on slow flame for 5-7 minutes 
9.Add sugar and mix well
10.Add pineapple puree , pineapple cubes 
11.Mix well  and add 2 tbsp ghee , roasted nuts 
12.Cook kesari till it gets thick 
13.Transfer to a bowl 
14.Garnish with pineapple cubes, almonds
