Parle g chocolate pudding recipe

PARLE G CHOCOLATE PUDDING 

INGREDIENTS

Almonds - 1/2 cup

Parle g biscuits -10 for 2 servings 

Beaten whipped cream -2 cups 

Cocoa powder -2 tsp

Vanilla essence -1 tsp

METHOD

1.Dry roast the almonds 

2.After roasting let it cool

3 Grind the almonds into fine powder 

4.Grind parle g biscuits

5.Combine parle g biscuit mixture and almond mixture 

6.Mix well.

7.In other bowl beat the chilled whipped cream 

8.Add cocoa powder and vanilla essence

9.Mix well

10.In a glass, layer biscuit mixture and cocoa whipped cream 

11.Parle g biscuit pudding is ready

12.Garnish with cocoa powder
