Paneer peas pinwheel
Ingredients
Plain flour -1/2 cup
Wheat flour -1/2 cup
Semolina(Rava) - 1tbsp
Salt to taste 
Oil -2 tbsp
Water 
Peas/ matar -1/2 cup
Chopped chillies and ginger 
Oil -1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1tsp
Grated paneer -1cup
Red chili powder -1tsp
Garam masala -1 tbsp
Chaat masala -1tbsp
Dry mango powder - 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1tbsp
Oil for frying 
Corn flour -1 tbsp


METHOD

1. In A bowl add plain flour, wheat flour, semolina (Rava) , salt to taste, oil
2.Gradually add water and make a tight dough 
3.Cover the dough with a plate or cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes 
4.Blend peas / matar, chillies and ginger
5.In a pan add oil -1 tbsp
6.Add cumin seeds, ginger chili and peas paste 
7.Add salt to taste 
8.Mix well and make dry mixture
9.Switch off the flame 
10.Add grated paneer in peas paneer mixture 
11.Add red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, Dry mango powder
12.Mix well. Add chopped coriander 
13.Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool
14.Make slurry by adding 1tbsp corn flour in water
15.Knead the dough again for 2 minutes 
16.Divide the dough into 2 parts 
17.Apply little oil and start rolling the dough 
18.Place the paneer peas mixture on chapati
19.Spread it evenly
20.Make a tight rolll and cut small pieces 
21.Press the roll between your palm
22.Dip the rolls in slurry 
23 Deep fry rolls in medium hot oil
24.Fry both sides
25.Fry till rolls turn golden brown 
26.Serve with tomato sauce, chutney
