Homemade chocobar recipe

Ingredients
1.Whipping cream powder - 50 grams
2 milk -100 ml
3.Vanilla essense -1 tsp
4.chocolate -75 grams 
5.unsalted butter - 1 tsp
6.Water -2 cups
METHOD
1 In a bowl add whipping cream, milk , vanilla essense
2 Place the bowl on a bowl of ice and whip 
3.Whip till it turns thick and creamy
4.Pour the mixture into the mould 
5 . Freeze overnight 

CHOCOLATE SAUCE RECIPE
1.Use double boil method to melt the chocolate 
2 Add unsalted butter to chocolate 

AFTER BAR SETS 
1.Dip the mould in warm water for 2 minutes
2. Slowly remove the bar from mould 
3.Dip the bar in cold chocolate sauce 
4.Freeze the chocobar for 10 minutes 
5.Chocobar is ready to serve
