Dry fruit kulfi recipe
Ingredients
Milk -1 litre
Chopped nuts
Sugar - 1 to 2 tbsp
Kesar ( saffron strands) -1 tbsp
Cardamom powder -1 tsp
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp or
3 tbsp milk powder in 3 tbsp room temperature milk
METHOD
1. Boil milk till it reduces to half
2. Stir continuously on slow flame & scape the sides.
3.In a small bowl add kesar and 1 tbsp warm milk and keep it aside
4.Add cardamom powder & kesar milk mixture
5.Mix & add chopped nuts
6.Mix & let it boil
7.Add sugar & condensed milk or milk powder
8.Scape the sides
9 . Boil for 5 minutes on slow medium flame
10.Transfer to a bowl and let it cool completely
11.Fill the kulfi moulds with kulfi mixture
12.You can also fill kulfi mixture in steel glass
13 . Close with a lid or cling foil
14 . Refrigerate for 8 hours or till kulfi sets
15.Once kulfi has set ,remove cling foil
16 . Rub the glass or dip in water
17.Insert a stick in kulfi
18.Remove the kulfi slowly
19.Garnish with chopped nuts
20.Dry fruit kulfi is ready
