chocolate golgappe with rabdi recipe

CHOCOLATE GOLGAPPA WITH RABDI RECIPE


INGREDIENTS
Rava -1 cup
Wheat flour -1 tbsp
Water
Milk -3 cups + 2 tbsp
Sugar -3 tbsp
Chopped pistachios
Melted chocolate
Milk powder -2 tbsp

METHOD
PURI RECIPE
1.In a bowl add Rava ( Semolina) , wheat flour
2.Add water little by little and make a dough
3.Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
4.Sprinkle little water and knead again
5.Knead for 5 minutes
6.Make a cylindrical roll
7.Cut small pieces
8.Flatten the balls and apply little oil and roll them
9.Cover the puris with damp cloth
10.Fry in Medium hot oil
11.Fry on slow medium flame
12.Fry till golden and crispy

CHOCOLATE PURIS
13.Let the puris cool down 
14 . Dip the puris in melted chocolate
15.Place the chocolate puris on butter paper
16 .Garnish with chopped pistachios or sprinkles
17.Refrigerate the puris for 1 hour

RABDI RECIPE
18.Add 2 tbsp milk powder in 2 tbsp milk
19.Mix well
20.Boil 3 cups milk
21.Scarpe the sides
22 Add the milk powder mixture
23.Add sugar , boil milk till it thickens
24.Rabdi is ready
25 Let it cool

PLATING
26.Fill the glasses with RABDI
27.Break puris and fill the puris with RABDI

28. Delicious chocolate golgappe with rabdi are ready!!
