Bhavnagri gathiya recipe
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1/2 cup
Water -1 /2 cup
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Ajwain -1 tsp
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste 
Besan - 1 1/2 to 2 cups 
Oil for frying 

METHOD
1. In a blender, blend oil and water 
2.Oil and water mixture is ready 
3.Add pepper powder in oil and water mixture 
4.Add ajwain, salt to taste, asafoetida, 
5.Mix with a fork 
6.Add besan. Mix well for 8 to 10 minutes 
7.Grease sev maker with oil 
8.Add the dough in sev maker 
9.Fry on slow flame 
10.Fry on both sides till crispy
11.Bhavnagri gathiyas are ready
