ATTA MODAK RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Rava, besan -1 tbsp each
Handful of Chopped nuts 
Chopped Jaggery -1 cup

METHOD
1.In a pan add ghee, wheat flour 
2.Add besan ( gram flour) and rava ( semolina) 
3.On medium flame keep stirring 
4.Stir till golden brown 
5.Transfer the mixture to a bowl 
6.Add chopped nuts and keep it aside 
7.In other pan add add ghee and chopped jaggery 
8.Keep stirring till jaggery melts 
9.Add melted jaggery to the flour mixture 
10.Mix with a spoon as its still hot 
11.Take some portion and make equal sized modak
12.Easy modak are ready
