HEART COOKIE CAKE INGREDIENTS FOR COOKIES Maida – 1 cup Unsalted butter – ½ cup Powdered sugar – 1/3 cup Vanilla essence – ½ tsp FOR ICING Butter – 1/2 CUP Icing sugar – 1 cup Vanilla essence – 1 tsp Liquid Pink Food colour – 1tsp FOR DECORATING Strawberries , Wafer biscuits METHOD METHOD * In a mixing bowl add Powdered sugar and Unsalted butter * Mix well till it turns creamy in texture * Add Maida little by little and keep mixing * Make a soft dough * Cover with a cling film and place it in refrigerator for 30 minutes * Take out the dough after 30 minutes and divide into equal portions * Make a semi thick round * Make Heart shape using moulds * Place the shapes in microwave safe plate or steel plate *Bake in preheated oven at 180° c for 15 - 20 minutes ( bake as per your oven manual) * Once completely baked, let them cool down * Decorate the cookies with icing
